I believe we can learn and grow from adversity. Addressing our challenges and gaining new perspectives can improve quality of life, create healthier relationships and make achieving new and positive goals possible.
Traditional Talk Therapy and EMDR therapy together create the perfect opportunity for me to provide a safe space in which you can move past trauma, achieve healing, gain insights and learn new skills to assist in being the best version of yourself. I enjoy working with kids, tweenagers, adolescents, adults, families and couples.
I work with people who want to strengthen their skills and gain insights to move themselves forward in relationships and improve their quality of life. It is possible to find new ways to manage challenges and it is possible to move past trauma. My most successful clients are people who are dealing with life's issues and ready to feel better. Let's talk.

I trust Rachel completely. She is awesome at working with kids, and I eagerly refer any kids to her and her practice. She is warm, funny, smart and very engaging with kids and people, and makes people feel at ease. She's a great clinician that will really bring a lot to your child's well-being.
