I embrace a relationship-driven approach, emphasizing connection and collaboration, enriched by insights from neuroplasticity, attachment theory, and trauma recovery. With specialized training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), we will work together to cultivate self love and self-compassion!
