I will help you learn and practice evidence-based skills to begin creating a more satisfying life. Whether this is based in individual work or family work, I use a warm but direct approach to quickly address the issues you and I identify together.
I have over 15 years of experience working with adults, college students, children, teens, and families. I utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness. I am available in-office or via video therapy.
