Regardless of their therapeutic goals, my clients are willing to be open and actively participate in their therapy process. They want to understand the impacts of past events, feel more regulated, have more fulfilling relationships, and build intentional futures. Many of my clients are battling anxiety, depression, chronic stress, or low self-esteem. I bring empathy, humor, directness, and authenticity to every session.

I am a certified integrative sex and couples therapist. I help couples & individuals improve communication, reduce conflict, & foster intimacy. Additionally, I have pursued training for treating trauma related to adverse religious or spiritual experiences; I support the deconstruction process.
