I work with adult individuals, couples and families who are interested in moving towards a place of healing by way of exploration, insight, and self-compassion. While my approach to therapy is collaborative and person-centered, therapy is individualized based on the needs of my client, their strengths and limitations, and goals for therapy. I take great value in helping clients develop and lean into self-agency.

Areas of special interest include relational distress, self-esteem, trauma, addiction, and body acceptance. I am a LGBTQIA+ affirmative, polyam and kink- knowledgable therapist. I believe all relationship structures work and enjoy supporting couples navigate conflict more effectively.
In and out of the therapy room, some might describe my way of being as authentic, relatable, empathic, and direct yet gentle. I will balance this way of being with professionalism in order to create a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere where you will feel seen, heard and understood.
