I have been a Mental Health Counselor since 2009. I have been a therapist exclusively for young women since I began my career. I offer my counseling services specifically for young women (roughly ages 17-45). I enjoy helping women to understand and learn how to treat their anxiety, depression, ADHD, improve self esteem, build their skills for healthy relationships and I provide divorce support. My priority is to make you feel comfortable so you are able to talk about any issues that you need to work through. My style of counseling is relaxed, which I believe is key to helping you to be able to access and express difficult emotions.
The kind of counseling that I do strongly emphasizes self esteem. Part of that is teaching my clients how to set boundaries and be strong advocates for themselves, how to value themselves, how to accept themselves and how to use gentle, positive and encouraging approaches to address the issues they are struggling with in a non-judgemental space.
If you are ready to make positive changes that will impact the rest of your life, please feel free to reach out and tell me about what you are looking for. In addition to my regular therapy clients, I also offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy and that is open to adults of all ages. Visit rappaportlmhc.com for more information on that.
