Interpersonal Process Groups
I offer two interpersonal process groups: A Women's Group and an Emerging Therapist group for students and therapists who are within 5 years of graduating. Process groups are for people who want to understand themselves better and deepen their relationship with themselves and others. They may identify as “people pleasers” or have difficulty prioritizing their own needs. They may struggle to openly share their thoughts and feelings with others, feel lonely or isolated in their experiences, and long for connection with others. Process groups invite you to explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insight into interactions, and improve relationships.

Pregnancy and Baby Loss Group
Through journal writing, expressive arts, and EMDR, group members will process the physical and emotional experience of losing a baby. This 8-week group provides a safe space to process your loss. Members will develop coping strategies and reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness as they heal and move forward. Using an approach based on EMDR Therapy, this group allows for healing without having to verbally share one’s trauma narrative Participants focus on processing specific memories so they can be more adaptively stored and understood. It is appropriate for all grieving parents, regardless of gender, pregnancy length, or how recent the loss.
