I also use faith based techniques, when appropriate. I focus on the individual and where they are at in their journey of life. Together, we can identify the tools you can use to navigate life's trials.
I help individuals learn skills to help them cope with life's challenges. I use play therapy techniques to work with young children who struggle with emotional and behavioral issues, to teach prosocial behavior and communication skills.
