Through creative and play-based therapy models, including canine assisted therapy interventions, I guide children and families through navigating challenging life seasons, exploring complex emotions, building resilience with resourceful coping skills, & restoring relationships.

Serving primarily children ages 3-12 years old and their families, I mostly utilize Child-Centered Play Therapy and Animal Assisted Play Therapy models, promoting early relational health and empathetic listening. I have a passion for supporting children and families walking through grief and bereavement as well.
