I work with folks from all walks of life who are ready to better understand themselves and what supports their healing. As a somatically trained therapist, I draw on mindfulness, curiosity, and the wisdom of the body to guide the process.

I incorporate talk, somatic, relational, parts work, CBT and other trauma-informed approaches allowing for individualized collaboration in healing. I am always learning and incorporating individualized tools and ideas. I have historically offered play therapy and services for children and teens, however I am not accepting new youth clients at this time.
I've been privileged to witness so much growth through the therapeutic relationship in multiple settings; somatic clinic, school-based, grief clinic, and community-based agencies.
