Welcome! Life can be much more than just going through the motions on autopilot and this is your first step of getting out of the rut. I'm passionate about helping people facilitate change and pursue healing through a holistic approach of care. I aim to encourage clients to engage with their internal dialogue and awaken, or increase, a sense of agency in their lives. As an EMDRIA approved provider, I regularly use EMDR in tandem with other evidence-based interventions to help people experience transformative, long-term effects in their lives.
I practice from an integrative perspective as I utilize elements of interpersonal counseling, emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), and attachment-based treatment to best fit my client's needs. When working with couples I blend core concepts of EFT and the Gottman method to help people overcome maladaptive cycles that are deteriorating their relationship.
