I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community who have experienced trauma related to relationships, religion, or emotional/physical abuse. In addition to this, I also have experience and enjoy working with individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem.
I use a combination of different therapy practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Somatic Therapy. I also believe that an important component of therapy is recognizing and processing how you may be affected by systems of oppression, power, and privilege in your life.
