Are you struggling to get the relationships you want? Do you find yourself stuck in the same patterns, unable to find fulfillment, peace, and a sense of belonging? Whether you are in a relationship (dating, engaged, or married) or you are attempting to engage in a more meaningful way with yourself, family, or friends, my passion is helping you achieve these relational goals. I work with couples to help get you out of negative communication and conflict resolution cycles and into deeper knowledge of yourself and each other. I also work with individuals struggling with perfectionism, codependency, and complicated family dynamics.
The majority of my work is done from a trauma-informed approach utilizing interventions from the Gottman method, emotionally-focused, and narrative therapy. These approaches are empirically-based and highly effective for both couples and individuals desiring to live more authentically. I also offer premarital counseling through the Prepare/ Enrich program.
My goal is to give all my clients (individuals, couples, or families) a space to feel fully known and deeply loved in the midst of their story. If you would like to talk about how I can come alongside you, please contact me via email or phone. You're welcome to request a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we would be a good match.
