I am a Women’s Mental Health Specialist who walks alongside women as they navigate real-life emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges. I also work with teens, helping them process struggles, build resilience, and grow into the purpose God has for them. My approach is holistic and compassionate, recognizing that mental health is shaped by emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual influences. I provide talk-based CBT and EMDR therapy to support healing within a faith-centered, hope-filled framework.
My practice offers therapy, encouragement, and support rooted in a Christian perspective for those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, anger, grief, postpartum depression/anxiety, eating disorders, mood disorders, and life challenges.
Mental health doesn’t have to be a silent struggle. We all experience seasons that feel heavy or overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. Having a safe, supportive space to talk can bring clarity, healing, and hope. When you’re ready, I invite you to take the next step.
