I am certified as a Women’s Mental Health Specialist and am passionate about helping women through the mental health struggles they are facing. I also work with teens to help them overcome their own struggles and step into the goodness that the Lord has planned for them. I am passionate about looking at mental health from a holistic perspective and believe that there are many external influences on mental health. My aim is to offer guidance and care from a biblical perspective to those who are searching for hope and healing.
My practice offers therapy, encouragement, and support rooted in a Christian perspective for those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, anger, grief, postpartum depression/anxiety, eating disorders, mood disorders, and life challenges.
Mental health should no longer be a topic that is taboo. Everyone struggles in this area from time to time. We can all benefit from talking to someone. Reach out today to schedule your appointment.
