My practice as a clinician focuses on eating disorders/disordered eating, perinatal mental health, and helping individuals who identify as "highly sensitive." Clients typically come to me wanting to heal their relationship with food and their body and understand their sensitivities to overstimulation and anxiety. I help my clients begin to notice the ways in which their past experiences impact their current experience of safety and dysregulation.
I help clients process their trauma, anxiety/depression, and relationship with food and body through somatic therapy. I have extensive training and experience in trauma including EMDR, SSP, and Embodied Recovery. I utilize and holistic approach to help clients understand their nervous system and build connection with their bodies.
Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming and even a little bit intimidating. Know that you don't have to keep trying to do this on your own and that the things you are feeling and experience are valid. You deserve to have a place where you feel comfortable expressing your needs and emotions! Please reach out for more information on working together.
