I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I earned a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University. I focus heavily on cognitive behavioral therapy to look at negative thinking patterns and how they influence emotions and actions. I also focus on solution-focused therapy to work on creating goals to help address some of the client's overall concerns.
