I have a passion for helping people that want to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, navigate their emotions better, and improve their relationships and quality of life. I specialize in working with people who struggle with feelings of not being "good enough", have anxiety, relational difficulties, and experienced traumatic events. As a Latina, understanding the cultural and intergenerational impacts on our mental health is an essential element in my practice.

I work from a trauma-informed lens and draw upon a range of evidence-based techniques to equip you with tools that increase emotional awareness, foster self-compassion, and empower you to make the changes you want. I strongly believe in the transformative power of EMDR and utilize it to help you process distressing events in a more adaptive way.
