As a Latina, understanding the cultural and intergenerational impact on our mental health is an essential element in my practice.

I work from a trauma-informed lens and draw upon a range of evidence-based techniques to equip you with tools that increase emotional awareness, foster self-compassion, and empower you to make positive changes. I strongly believe in the transformative power of holistic health and approach each client with a comprehensive perspective.
