Relationships are hard, under the best of circumstances. When "extra" challenges-like the pressure of parenting young children, struggles with communication & conflict, addiction, or life stressors are added onto our lives, it can be so overwhelming. We each are a result of many experiences- families of origin, current families, social & cultural experiences. Regardless of our circumstances, attachment science shows we all want connection & understanding. Our humanness is made up of social, emotional, spiritual & physical elements. All of these are connected & important. To respect, acknowledge & nurture these truths is my goal.

I work with adult couples and individuals and I supervise LMFT Associates. I have been practicing Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) with couples since 2017 and love guiding couples to reconnect, solve conflict patterns, and create the relationships of their dreams! I also can help with relational issues, parenting, blended family, career challenges.

I offer Hold Me Tight Workshops & Couples Intensives! I work with couples & adult individuals from an attachment & strengths based perspective. I use sincerity, humor & my own experiences to connect to others who may be in the midst of chaos, wanting to grow, desiring to hope, and needing to be known.
