In today's generation there are many false standards, stigmas, judgements and morals that we all compare ourselves to. We forget and get lost in who we really are and what we want to bring into our lives and what we don't want to. My goal is to help people get back to their roots and who they truly want to be and also what truly makes them happy. I strongly believe in people being able to transform their mindset with the strengths they have within.
We all have the ability to be the best versions of ourselves but of course life can get in the way and throw us onto the wrong path. What's important is getting back to who you want to be and what drives you.
I have a masters degree from LIU in clinical mental health counseling. CBT and personal focused therapy is what I use with my clients. I also use energy taping to help get rid of any residual pain and emotions that most people aren't aware they carry around on a daily basis.
