In therapy with me, we can gently challenge unhealthy thought patterns and establish healthier coping skills to lessen the power these issues hold over you.

My areas of specialization include queer-identifying clients, ASD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and somatic therapy. I work with my clients so that you can speak your truth and live a life that aligns with your values.
