About
Each client walks through my door with their own struggle. And although each person comes with their own unique story, the one thing that clients do share is a search for a more fulfilled life or a greater sense of self. I support clients as they navigate life's harder transitions - a loss of a relationship, the transition to becoming a parent, a job transition, or simply figuring out who they truly are and want to be. We work together to notice and shift your inner critic that so frequently gets in the way. Additionally, I support couples as they work through the challenges and desires that come with a relationship.
Together we explore what is getting in the way of feeling true happiness. Many clients will share that life is too short to not live in a way that feels truly happy. That is not to say that life isn't hard, it is. But how we deal and cope with the hard can shift how we overall feel. My goal is to help you rediscover your strengths and inner resources.
Finding a therapist can be difficult and I encourage clients to make sure they find someone who is a good fit. Please visit my website and set up a free 20-minute consultation call to see if we are a good match.
