I believe that prioritizing mental health is just as important as physical health, and that it is the key to achieving overall wellness. Empowering clients and helping them reach their full potential in life is my priority as a counselor. My passion is working with women to empower them to achieve their goals and increase their confidence and resilience.
I have been practicing therapy since 2018, and my main focus is working with female clients aged 18-65 who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, divorce/separation, and relationship issues. I also focus on assisting women with disabilities such as chronic health conditions, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
I strive to create a warm, relaxed, and safe environment in which you will feel comfortable sharing your feelings and experiences.
