I help my clients to overcome the challenges they are experiencing. Emotions are a part of life and getting in touch with them helps us to make heartfelt decisions related to relationships, how we learn to cope with grief and loss, anxiety about the future, or depression from traumatic events in the past that are often avoided. I help people in grief navigate living while grieving and find meaning after loss. I help people experiencing life transitions make the best of the changes. I help couples increase effective communication, feel more connected, and learn the tools for a strong healthy relationship.

Those who have truly been there can empathize at a different level because we deeply understand the pain and struggle that living brings. Your experience takes center stage. I want to hear from you about who you are, what you have gone through, and most importantly what you are going through now at whatever stage of life you're in.
