We are connective, social beings, and we all need a support system to help guide us out of the ruts in which we find ourselves. I want to empower you to harness your own strengths, meet the world on your own terms, and make your needs heard, even if you're having trouble finding your voice.
My approach honors both evidence-based and experience-based forms of wisdom. In addition to my professional training, I have over 15 years of lived experience engaging as a member of and advocating for the LGBTQIA/Kink community. I have completed my Level 1 Training of Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work with individual clients age 16 and up.
In addition to my training as a counselor (MSEd), I hold a Doctorate of Science in Chinese Medicine (DSCM) and an acupuncture license (LAc), and offer related modalities as a somatic, integrative tool. Questions before your visit? If you go to the appointment page on my website to schedule a free Curiosity Call, I will be able to set aside time just for you.
