Creating a safe space to help clients achieve self-awareness and feel accepted is my priority. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University. I work with clients towards healing their anxiety and negative self-talk. I am a trained sound healer and have experience incorporating nature in my therapeutic work. I assist adults (18+) with maintaining eating disorder recovery. If you are an adult seeking eating disorder recovery support, I strive to help challenge eating disorder thoughts and strengthen your True Self utilizing an Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy (EDIT) approach.
Through a self-compassionate lens, I help clients treat themselves with kindness. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, I assist my clients with understanding their thought processes and belief systems. I incorporate mindfulness to support clients with living in the present moment, gaining self-awareness, and promoting a non-judgemental outlook.
I have a strong interest in connecting with nature to positively impact mental health. I am a certified nature-informed therapist and love to incorporate the natural world and outdoor sessions in my practice with clients who would like this form of therapy. As a sound healer, I can offer individual and group sound baths for those who are interested.
