I love to work with people who are hungry for a deeper process of self-knowledge and change. Some arrive because life has made the big questions unavoidable, forcing them to re-evaluate the foundations of their worldview, relationships, and sense of self. Others come because they sense there's more to themselves to discover. They're drawn by a desire to better understand themselves, deepen their creative life, or expand into their wholeness. Each comes with the hope of finding a meaningful way to move into the future.
My approach involves meeting once a week or more in an exploratory process oriented toward depth rather than simply symptom management. Sessions may draw on dreams, imagination, sandtray, or expressive arts. This work is informed by my ongoing training in Jungian analysis at the Jungian Psychoanalytic Association in New York.
My subspecialties include trauma, dissociative disorders, and cult recovery. I also work with professionals navigating job-related burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma. I offer clinical consultation for clinicians developing competency with cult survivors. You can read more about these subspecialties on my website.
