I love working with adolescents and young adults! I specialize in working with teens and young adults who struggle with mood disorders, anxiety, family conflict, self-harm, and oppositional behavior. I also work with adults on a case-by-case basis.

I offer individual and family therapy, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in group format. My office also employs an APRN who offers Medication Management for adolescents seeing me in individual therapy.

My outpatient practice is the only outpatient mental health counseling program in the state of Utah to have earned international CARF accreditation. To learn more, go to www.carf.org/public!
