Hello and welcome to my therapist profile! I consider myself down-to-earth and open minded which I believe helps clients find comfort and confidence in their therapeutic experience. I enjoy helping clients explore how to THRIVE again in their everyday lives. I see toddlers (18+ months), children, teens, and adults in sessions as individuals, couples, and families for a wide variety of issues. Additionally, I have openings for new Master's Level Therapists who are in need of their hours for full licensure (IA-LMHC, WI-LPC). Supervision hours can be obtained via telehealth, in person (Green Bay, WI), or a combination of both.
I am trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT); specifically, IoWA- PCIT, which incorporates theories of attachment to help guide the PCIT program. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP).
