One of the biggest predictors of positive therapeutic outcomes is the rapport between the client and the therapist. I want you to know that no matter who you are or what your life journey has been, I will always provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you. I am also supportive of members of the LGBTQ+ community and embrace all gender expressions. I believe in body positivity, and Health At Every Size (HAES). I believe in empowering my clients and their families to be the best versions of themselves by providing them with the necessary education, tools, and resources to do so.
Currently, I provide individual and family therapy via telehealth and in person. My approach will be tailored to meet your individuals needs and goals while integrating evidence-based techniques. Modalities I specialize in include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Exposure Response Prevention.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation during which we can discuss what types of services you are interested in and determine if we are a good fit for one another. If you would like to see if I would be a good match for you or your family, please contact me on Psychology Today and request a free consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!
