Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if past experiences, relationships, or emotions have been difficult to make sense of. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling impacted by trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, or complex family dynamics. They may feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or unsure how to express what they’re feeling. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel seen, and begin exploring your story at your own pace.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, supporting both mind and body. I use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness alongside somatic and expressive modalities such as movement, sand tray, and art to support emotional expression and nervous system regulation, especially for clients who struggle to put feelings into words.
My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, process past experiences safely, and build skills that support emotional regulation and healthier relationships. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, and I’m committed to meeting you with compassion, collaboration, and respect as you move toward growth and meaningful change
