About
I am available to see children, young adults, and adults. You can be seen individually, as couples, or the family unit. I have experience working with a variety of life issues including substance use, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, life transitions, and mood disorders. I want to help you achieve your goals of reducing symptoms caused by the above items as well as work on personal goals that you have for yourself. I am available to meet in person or virtual. Sessions do not have to be "traditional" talk therapy but we can use a variety of Expressive Arts Practices or other activities to make the the session more comfortable.
I utilize Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Experiential Therapy in my approach to help you reach your goals. I invite you to bring your family or friends to session as needed as therapy does not exist in a vacuum and that the skills you learn in therapy transfer into one’s everyday life and relationships.
Times can be tough and we all need a little support along the way. I invite you to reach out and complete an assessment to see how I can better fit your needs and begin the transformative process of therapy! Please note that I work with a team to complete initial paperwork prior to your first assessment with me.
