I hold a Master of Social Work with a special focus on working alongside military personnel and their families. I have had the privilege of supporting adults and teens facing PTSD and traumatic experiences as both an inpatient and outpatient clinician. I have also had the opportunity to work closely with people navigating challenges related to addiction. Throughout my journey, I’ve learned how important it is for clients to feel truly seen, safe, and respected in the therapy space. For me, building a genuine relationship always comes first, and I strive to create a welcoming, empathetic, and compassionate environment.
As an EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist and consultant, I’m grateful to offer advanced EMDR training. I also provide DBT, TF-CBT, and Motivational Interviewing with care. My background in mindfulness and training as a Trauma-Certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY-F) instructor with 300 hours of experience helps me provide a safe and person-centered approach.
