Rachel is a clinical trainee who is getting her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. Rachel has background in working with clients who have eating disorders, body image concerns, marginalized identities, life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
With a deep respect for the emotional wisdom each client carries, Rachel creates a compassionate and collaborative space to explore the intersections of identity, relationships, and inner experience. Rachel’s work is grounded in the belief that healing must consider both personal and systemic contexts.
My theoretical orientation focuses on implementing a non-judgmental approach by using dialects. I enjoy working with clients 14 years and older who are struggling with anxiety, life adjustments and transitions, perfectionism, body image, eating disorders, identity, and more. I have a particular interest in working with clients who identify as LGBTQ+.
I mostly offer evening and afternoon availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. To get signed up for an intake, please fill out the form on my website.
