Whether you’ve been in therapy before, or are seeking help for the first time, reaching out can be a difficult step. My approach is to integrate psychodynamic and other models of care (such as IFS, somatic, or cognitive) in order to provide some symptom relief and to gain understanding about oneself. I see therapy as a means of helping people make sense of their own reactions, emotions, and decisions and of finding ways out of patterns that have been painful or difficult to change.
I’ve been practicing therapy in multiple settings since 2013. I bring a calm, supportive presence to the therapy room and am dedicated to collaborating with you on your goals.
