About
While there are many reasons that people seek therapy, the need for support and perspective are often high on the list. Therapy can be a safe haven where the more difficult things in life are explored and allowed the space to heal. I aim to make each of my clients feel understood, respected, and seen throughout the process. I bring a calm, sincere demeanor to my practice and aim to embody my values of competence, compassion, and collaboration.
I use a strongly interpersonal, trauma-informed approach to treatment which is aimed at helping my clients gain understanding of their emotions, actions, and physical reactions to stress so that they can build on their existing resiliency and feel an increased sense of control in their lives.
I am open to in person or Zoom appointments, so please reach out with your preference.
