I see significant life events as opportunities for personal growth. My passion is working with clients who have a desire to become the best version of themselves through self-exploration and a willingness to adopt thought and behavior patterns that support their mental and physical health.
I primarily use a mindfulness based approach in my therapeutic interventions. Mindfulness practices help clients to quiet their minds and gain greater self-awareness and insight. This approach also teaches coping techniques that are especially effective in reducing stress and anxiety.
I truly believe that we each have inner wisdom that holds the key to our health and happiness. Sometimes we just need someone to help us find the way. I look forward to going on this journey of self-discovery with you. Journey well!
