I’m so glad you’re here! My approach to therapy is grounded in patience, empathy, and a deep commitment to creating a safe and welcoming space for all of my clients. I believe that every person is unique, which is why I tailor sessions to suit your specific challenges and strengths. At the heart of my practice is building a trusting relationship with clients and meeting clients where they are at. Only then can we begin exploring deeper.
I often use various therapeutic modalities, including Mentalization-Based Therapy, CBT, mindfulness practices, and other evidence-based approaches. I am a Certified Grief Informed Professional, offering specific interventions to help cIients address their grief. I also help clients address anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship struggles.
The therapeutic relationship is unlike any other and it is essential to feel comfortable with your therapist. If you’d like to see if we’d be a good fit, I’d love to offer you a free 15-minute consultation. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m looking forward to hearing from you and supporting you on this journey!
