Hi there! I’m glad you’re here. I view therapy as a beautiful way to help learn and unlearn things about ourselves, a way to challenge patterns that no longer serve us and a place to feel safe, cared for and supported. I have worked with kids, college students, older adults and everyone is unique and special. I am here to walk the journey with you and help you find the way to more peace, more joy, more acceptance and anything else you may be looking for in therapy.
I identify as a interpersonal vulnerable therapist-meaning I'm also a person who lives in this culture and world. One of my interests is in understanding our personal histories, ethnicities, generational trauma, the impact of living in a capitalist society.
You may have some questions about therapy and how the process works and maybe even more specifically how it would like to work with me. I invite you to reach out and ask any questions, that's what this is all about. Community, support, care and acceptance.
