We all want to feel seen and understood. Different experiences in our life often leave us feeling misunderstood by ourselves and others. During our work together we will identify these misunderstandings and work towards alleviating the pain and suffering they have caused. Throughout my experience I have been perpetually inspired by the strength and vulnerability of those seeking change. I have deep respect for how difficult the process can be and am honored to be a part of an individuals journey towards healing.

I will strive to provide you with a deeper understanding of yourself. Collaboratively, we will work towards identifying and healing the source of your suffering through processing current and past experiences, relational wounds and belief systems. I believe the therapeutic relationship to be the most healing part of change.
