We all have a need to feel seen and understood. Different experiences can frequently leave us feeling misunderstood by ourselves and others. During our work together we will identify these misunderstandings and work towards alleviating the pain and suffering they have caused. I am consistently inspired by the strength and vulnerability of those seeking change. I have deep respect for how difficult and gruesome the process can be and consider it an honor to walk alongside an individuals' path towards healing.
In our sessions I will strive to provide you with a deeper understanding of yourself. Collaboratively, we will work towards identifying and healing the source of your suffering through processing current and past experiences, relational wounds and belief systems. I believe and authentic therapeutic relationship to be the most healing part of change.
I currently have openings in person and virtually. I offer a variety of availability ranging from morning to evening on Mondays-Wednesdays. I am happy to provide a free 15 minute consultation prior to scheduling and intake appointment. I look forward to meeting you where you're at and would be honored to be a part of your healing!
