I am a visually impaired Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am trained and certified in Early Childhood Mental Health and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I believe that we are all created for relationships and the current world we live in fosters isolation and individuality. I seek to provide children, families, and adults effective mental health care that teaches them how to heal and recreate healthy relationships.
I focus on attachment based issues, family conflict/divorce/betrayal/marriage conflict, developmental and neurological disorders. I specialize in trauma. I understand the lasting impacts of abuse, neglect, and medical trauma on individuals and families. I also work with depression, anxiety, parent needs and life transitions.
Through my own experience of loosing my vision and adjusting to new normals to my experience of helping people through their pain I have cultivated empathy and understanding. I want you to feel safe and heal from the past in order to have a brighter future.
