I work with adults of all ages and genders, but take particular interest in the LGBTQIA+ community, those navigating the perinatal period (including non-birthing parents), and those experiencing dissatisfaction with their sex lives. Clients often come to me seeking support in healing sexual trauma, coping with sexual pain or dysfunction, improving their libido, or coping with the anxiety, stress, and trauma that comes with the perinatal period.
My approach is warm, caring, collaborative, and direct. Given my training in social work and feminist & gender studies, I am keenly aware of the ways in which all aspects of your life (work, relationships, health, sexuality, identity, politics, culture, etc.) may impact your mental health, which I take into consideration when planning your care.
Life is filled with challenges, but you are not alone. I am a true believer in the adage, "It takes a village," and would be honored to be part of yours. If you have any questions or believe we'd be a good fit, please feel free to reach out.
