I support women, LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent adults, veterans, and people navigating chronic health issues or big life transitions. Many feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps. I offer a creative, warm, and evidence-based approach using Art Therapy, CBT, and CPT. When helpful, I incorporate expressive activities to deepen insight. My clients aren’t looking to be “fixed”—they’re ready to grow, gain clarity, and reconnect with themselves.

I provide affirming, trauma-informed care for women, LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, veterans, and expats working through life transitions, identity concerns, and trauma. My style blends creativity with evidence-based therapies in a collaborative, compassionate way. I also offer LPC-Associate supervision in Texas and Pennsylvania.
