My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, validation, and a deep understanding of the ways in which trauma can impact every aspect of a person’s life. I am passionate about helping individuals heal and thrive after experiencing trauma, particularly related to intimate partner violence, sexual assault, stalking, relationship issues, childhood sexual abuse, family issues, and work-related trauma. I work with my clients to process through experiences, identify strengths, and develop strategies for coping and healing.
My therapeutic approach is holistic in nature, as I believe each person's experience is unique and requires an individualized approach in care. My goal is to empower my clients and to assist them as they navigate day to day matters that trauma and triggers may be impacting for them.
