My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, validation, and a deep understanding of the ways in which trauma can impact every aspect of a person’s life. I am passionate about helping individuals heal and thrive after experiencing trauma, particularly related to intimate partner violence, sexual assault, stalking, relationship issues, childhood sexual abuse, family issues, and work-related trauma associated with first responder job duties. I work with my clients to process through experiences, identify strengths, and develop strategies for coping and healing.
My therapeutic approach is holistic in nature, as I believe each person's experience is unique and requires an individualized approach in care. Listed here are a few specific therapy frameworks I utilize: EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), CBT, DBT, EFIT
