Hello! In my therapy, I care about building a space with you that is safe and uniquely yours, where you can feel supported in making meaningful changes to your life. I believe in the power of being heard and understood, and strive to create a comfortable, non-judgmental therapeutic experience for those I work with. I use a relational and systemic framework by exploring personal challenges in the context of our world and our relationships. I bring my personality into my work, including my curiosity, sense of humor, warmth and compassion. I look forward to learning more about you and your goals.
I have special interest and experience in working with college-aged people, the queer community, and those experiencing life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and depression. That being said, I am always open to working with all identities and experiences. I am professionally trained in working with individuals, relationships, and families.
My work is informed by narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), mindfulness, systems theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am also currently being trained in PTSD intervention. If I sound like a potential fit for you, or you have any questions, please reach out! I am happy to meet for a brief consultation to see if we are a good fit.
