Hello, I’m Rachel, and welcome to therapy! I am a queer psychotherapist who works with LGBTQIA+ individuals and people of all identities who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Many of my clients are navigating identity exploration, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and/or trauma (including CPTSD/PTSD), often shaped by both personal experiences and larger social contexts. I work with a blend of modalities. Together, we create a supportive, collaborative space to understand patterns, process experiences, and build tools that help you move through life with more clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, my approach is integrative, compassionate, and individual. I integrate anti-oppressive and neurodiversity-affirming practices, adapting tools and strategies to fit your unique needs, goals, and ways of processing. I also provide ketamine assisted psychotherapy/integration sessions.
