Rachel is a Licensed Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who loves working with adults who are looking to gain insight into themselves and improve their overall quality of life. Rachel provides individual therapy to adults. Rachel has training and experience in helping individuals with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, personality disorders, PTSD and substance use disorders. She uses evidence-based practices which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Person-Center Therapy.
I enjoy working with clients who struggle with addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues and trauma. Depending upon each client's specific needs, I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and additional ways of working with clients that have gone through and are dealing with trauma and grief.
