As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I hold masters degrees in both mental health counseling and addictions counseling. Through my continuing education, I am a trained trauma-informed therapist, an EMDR, and an EMDR Flash clinician. I am certified as a Body Positive Group Facilitator as well as a graduate of the Every Body is Beautiful Project.
