Hi, I’m Rachel—a Licensed Professional Counselor and lifelong learner deeply fascinated by the human experience. I'm passionate about helping teens & adults navigate challenges, discover strengths, and build meaningful and connected lives. At our core, we all seek connection—whether with others, ourselves, or a sense of purpose. Life transitions, trauma, and burnout can disrupt this. With experience in addiction treatment, community settings, universities, correctional facilities, & neuropsychological research/services, I aim to provide a supportive, collaborative, & gently challenging space for growth & psychological flexibility.
My experiences have shaped my integrative approach to therapy, which draws mainly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), & Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). Through these, I’ve been able to support individuals facing substance mis/use, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges.
I recently obtained an ADHD Clinical Certification to further support neurodivergent individuals & their unique needs. I am pursuing a Somatic Therapy Certification.
