My ideal client might be a young adult or teen navigating identity, anxiety, and the pressure to have it all figured out. What they need most is space: space to speak freely, to be messy, curious, honest, and human, without judgment or pressure to be anything but exactly who they are.
Together, we’ll take a closer look at what’s really going on at the pace you decide. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy, which means we look at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. I also work from a strengths-based perspective, so instead of focusing only on what's “wrong,” I help clients recognize what’s already working.
