Hello, I currently offer telehealth and in-person services for adults seeking individual therapy (telehealth only in NE). I have a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy. I am an authentic, down-to-earth person who wants to empower each client. I feel very honored to hear each person's story, help them work towards their goals, and love themselves as a whole person.
I feel most comfortable working with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, high achievers, women juggling multiple roles, perfectionism, burn out, body image, identity concerns, inter-racial couple concerns, oppression, college stressors, ADHD, and career counseling. I have additional training in panic, tics, health and social anxiety.
I primarily incorporate mindful self-compassion therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, interpersonal therapy, person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, & multicultural strategies.
